Fund the Future
In 2025, the president asked Congress to claw back $1.1 billion in public media funding, which would be a disastrous blow to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the public media ecosystem as a whole. We create a video explaining how the CPB worked and why this move would be cataclysmic for public media. Despite our best efforts, Congress rescinded our funding and effectively told us to “Go fund yourself.”
We needed a way to reenergize our base and garner new support. So, we came up with something simple: Love it? Fund it.
